After the Grand Shinobi war, there was never devistation greater than the loss of so many lives. Many clans perished, and few dwindled, only a few survivors left. The strongest clans of the Shinobi world had gotten hold of one or two of the nine ancient bijuu, and used them to attack their rival villages. Few were released from their human containers and rained havoc down upon the world, talking many lives and soaking the ground with crimson stains.
Years went on relentlessly, the war dragging out, Jinchuuriki eradicating populations with their Bijuu's power, and Bijuu themselves terrorizing the earthen grounds. When it seemed that there was no end to this pointless bath of blood, a ninja by the name of Hitodama Hikaru; a powerful Daimyo of Fire Country was tired of the fighting, and thus trained a squad in secret, of Shinobi masters. One ninja from each village who was willing to end the war joined in a group of nine, along with Hikaru, and they would seal away the bijuu for good. Each life would be sacrificed to redeem the sins they had commit...

Ayumu made his way through the crowded streets slowly. Today he had his black cloak on over his daily clothes as usual. Besides, it helped keep him warm. The sun, told him it was sometime late in the afternoon. Since sunrise, Ayumu had been trying to perfect his jutsu. It seemed though, that the Kyokeimyaku,had a lot of side effects, but it enhanced everything. It took alot of chakra too, so he was looking forward to a nice meal.
He went into a steakhosue which looked nice enough. He ordered himself a small bowl of rice. It was mostly a snack rather than a meal. Taking the meal outside Ayumu made his way toward the park. Wanting to sit on one of the many, long steps, and eat outside in the cool air.
Ayumu made his way down the steps quickly, not wanting his rice to freeze. Half-way down he sat down and began to eat the meal. Winter wasn't his favorite season, but after a long day of training it felt nice. His hand was tingling, annoying him as he attempted to hold the chop sticks steady. Having used a lightning jutsu during the Kyokeimyaku, his hand really noticed the electrical shock.
After he managed to eat most of his rice, Ayumu leaned back on the stairs, watching the clouds roll along the sky. At least it hadn't snowed much. Ayumu was completely relaxed, enjoying is little break. As far as he knew, there wasn't any missoins for him at the moment. Giving him a little break to do anything he wanted. Especially since he didn't have a genin team to train.
This won't last very long, I'm going to enjoy every bit of whats left of my break. Ayumu thought as he folded his arms behind his head. The sun hidden behind some clouds, was even better. There wasn't anything that could bother him now. Soon there was a mission he'd have to coplete, instead of training today he really should of been relaxing the day away.

Our hero Naruto Uzimaki has returned from his long two year trip with Jiraiya. He has since grown as has everyone else. Many of his old friends have grown and are now Chuunin or Jounin. Naruto has unfortunatly remained a Genin. Sasuke is gone, he is with Oroachimaru. Becomeing stronger and still wanting to make his dream a reality. Everyone is stronger, and better in almost everyway.
The Eight Jinchuuriki, live spread out all over the Shinobi world. They run from the Akutsuki and excludin naruto, are on their own. Feared by the people of their village for who they are. Fighting to stay alive is hard for them, with no help against those who track them down and want to extract their demon for reasons unknown. Only one roams free somewhere in a land unknown.
The Akatsuki are on the move again. Shinobi nations have no idea what they are after. But there is something that they are going after. Few a ideas of what they seek, even fewer know. Akatsuki members are under orders of Pein, and maybe someone even worse...
Will naruto and Sakura get their Sasuke back? Will the Jinchuuriki ever have someone to believe in;; Or just fall to the hands of the Akatsuki? Will the Akatsuki ever be exposed?

===Water=== Water Style: Breaking the Walls Jutsu Description: A jutsu that creates a giant mallet made of water, then throws the mallet horizontally at an enemy. The mallet curves and spins just like a shuriken.
Water Implosion Jutsu Description: A jutsu that begins to combine the water together, giving it a higher mass but making it more scarce. The water implodes on itself in the shape of a sphere. To activate the jutsu, Raine must be touching water.
Water Gathering Jutsu Description: A jutsu where Raine gathers water from nearby sources and brings it to the air in a disc-shape. The water gathered affects how much is in the air. Raine can not be distracted while doing this jutsu.
True Water Devastation Description: With a lot of water gathered, Raine can shoot the water downwards. The more water gathered, the stronger the jutsu,
Water Clone Jutsu Description: A water-affinity version of shadow clone. The user creates an exact duplicate of themselves made of water that disperses when hit.
Fortified Water Wall Jutsu Description: A jutsu in which the user gives water some solid qualities by increasing its density, then creates a cylinder-shaped wall around himself or another.
Water Whip Jutsu Description: A very weak jutsu in which water from a nearby source whips the enemy. Stronger ninja can use multiple copies of this jutsu at the same time.
Water Wrap Jutsu Description: The user covers a limb they have with water, allowing for a better shield but weaker attacks.
===Steam===
Steam Style: Burning Tunneling Fang Description: A jutsu in which the user generates fire on their left hand and water on their right, then uses Tunneling Fang and rams an enemy. Can also be used as Fang Over Fang.
Steam Style: Steam Generation Description: Allows the user to use their body's natural water weight to create a steam aura. This aura wraps around the user, making them skinny and more muscular.
Steam Style: Perspiration Bomb Description: Can only be used on a sweating user. Heat waves are released and combine with the water to explode the perspiration.
Steam Style: Sauna Description: Water and Heat combine and shoot out of the user's mouth. The steam spreads and raises the opponent's body temperature, forcing their body to sweat. Also makes them more relaxed and tired.
Steam Manipulation Description: A jutsu that allows its user to combine fire and water to create and manipulate steam.
===Fire=== Name: Fireball Jutsu Description: A ninjutsu in which the user creates a fire ball to hit the enemy.
Name: Fire Jab Jutsu Description: A more complex fire jutsu. The user covers their fists with fire, making their punches burn.
Name: Burner Bomb Description: A jutsu in which the user shoots a fire sphere from their mouth. However, instead of hitting the target, it explodes and spreads the fire around. This can be very good for two on one fights.
===Neutral Jutsu===
Silver Dust Description: Silver Dust spreads through the air. It flows around the air and decreases the gravity, making both people feel weightless.
Bringer of Darkness Description: A genjutsu that makes the opponent see everything in black. However, a small amount of light is granted to the opponent. This jutsu can be combined with others to make it spread more quickly.
===Counter===
Shadow Abyss Jutsu Description: Though not a nara technique, Raine utilized this skill as a counter nara stratagy. This genjutsu happens when someone or something steps on Raine's shadow and he has the handsigns prepared. The opponent sees a giant shadow hand erupt from Raine's shadow and grab them, then taking them underground.
Blindness Jutsu Description: The name is very misleading, for Raine uses this on himself. This jutsu was created as a counter-Uchiha stratagy. When used, Raine does not actually go blind. However, if anyone uses a kekkai genkai involving his eyes, they will immediately go blind, but only temporarily. This is a ninjutsu, not a genjutsu, so it can't be released. However, it ends in two hours (1 hour if the opponent is of higher rank then the user).
===Ancient Jutsus===
(On a sub note, ancient jutsus are so powerful that both Raine and his sloth are needed to use them. However, since its such a strain, only one ancient jutsu can be used per battle. If used outside of battle it takes one full day to recover (one full day rp time, not our time))
Holy Pilgrimage Description: Blue orbs fall from the sky and surround Raine, providing him with protection from the next 5 attacks that hit him. During this time, Raine's body slowly heals itself. Ends when Raine is hit 5 times.
Zodiac Punishment Description: A power up that greatly increases one stat of the following- Accuracy, Strength, Speed, Dexterity, intelligence, common sense, or defense.
Elemental Mirror Description: When an elemental jutsu is used on Raine, it is automatically absorbed and reflected. While in use, Raine slowly loses life. Ends when the battle ends or when Raine knocks out/dies.
===Other=== Chakra Leak Awaken! Description: A jutsu in which Raine removes bandages from his arm to reawaken the chakra leak. During this time he gains tremendous chakra but loses an insane amount of life. Combining this with an ancient jutsu can be almost deadly to Raine moreso then the enemy.
Appearance: History: Though not an Inuzuka, Raine was trained by the Inuzukas because of his great connection with animals. At age 3 he was given a puppy, but the puppy was to active for him. His lazy fighting style mixed with the activeness of the puppy was at first a good team. He used genjutsu while the puppy attacked the enemy. However, the puppy began inheriting traits of its owner and got lazy too. Because of that, he had to give the dog to someone else.
At five he decided to go with a cat. The cat scratched him so much that he decided it was a no on the cat. However, what he didnt know, was that one of the scratches was on one of his chakra networks, making his chakra leak out and intensify. This was bandaged up by a healer in the hyuuga clan. The leader said that he could remove it for short periods of time if he wanted a chakra boost, but it should only be a last resort.
At seven he found his dream animal, a sloth. The sloth was called Gregory (to be explained later) and was very powerful. However, he also didn't move at all. Gregory wasn't paralyzed, he just didn't like moving very much. Raine learned to cope with this, he found ways to make the sloth useful.
When he was ten, Raine entered his first chuunin exam. His teammates had both been killed by rogue mist ninja (creating a prejudice deep within Raine against mist ninja) but that wouldn't stop Raine from participating. He was determined to become a chuunin, something like death wouldn't get in his way!
Raine won the chuunin exams and became a chuunin. He never bothered to become a jounin, though he was srength-wise as strong as an anbu or jounin. His sloth had also gained an ability, it could do handsigns and use some of Raine's chakra to perform jutsu. They now have a telepathic link, Raine can have the sloth use moves for him. It's almost like having four hands!
Special: Raine is known as the disruptor of the akatsuki. He tries to make it as hard as physically possible for them to even land a hit. And when they do, they risk the chance of it being a clone or the sloth.

------------------------------------ Bio Family/Relatives: He will never tell Chakra Nature: Raiton // Personality: Ayumu is a secretive person. keeping anything to himself, not much of a person to share with the others. While being a ninja is serious business, Ayumu can't help but, to be a care-free person. A laid-back kind of person. Usually lounging around, Ayumu has no made out plan. Living by the moment, rather than the future. Ayumu can be very friendly, but first impressions have to be good ones, which means he is a bit more serious, if you first meet him. He has his serious side to, when confronting the enemy, he's most serious against an opponet. He doesn't mess around when it comes to protecting his friends, allowing the opponent hurt those he cares about is never an option. Sometimes he can be overly sarcastic, but he doesn't care. When he trains he does the best he can, not wanting to be beaten easily.
He isn't someone who trusts anyone, easily. Still, Ayumu can be quite funny at times, and doesn't mind talking to other people. His method of training, are a little unorthodox. If you mess up on a technique then he will smack you in the back of the head, wanting you to do a better job. If the whole team does a good job, Ayumu may treat them to a lunch. He teaches his team everything they need to know, and won't give-up on anyone who is under his command.
History: He was very good when it came to the academy, among the top in his class. On his team was a girl named Riah, who was exceptionally, smart and good at genjutsu. She was their strategist of the team. Ayumu would tag-team with Oue, the medical-ninja, on the squad who was a fair fighter as well. It was Ayumu's job to make sure Oue, didn't get hurt. Their Sensei, made hem take on alot of annoying chores, around the village. Whenever the team asked why he said it was character building. They turned out as a good bunch, when the Chuunin exams came around, or at least they thought.
It was when they were in the forest that things started to go bad. Oue had went out on his own to track some footprints of another team, and Ayumu stayed with Riah. They were sitting around a fire since, night fall. It wouldn't make much sense to get lost now, already so close. Oue had turned on them. Ayumu and Riah barely missed the chakra fused kunai knives. They at first refused to fight Oue, Though they didn't realize everything wasn't as it seemed. The team had been placed under a genjutsu by Riah. She made it seem like it was Oue attacking them. Riah was injured, and Ayumu, started to fight Oue, who was actually quite confused. Ayumu stopped fighting realizing it was an illusion, Oue had used one of Riah's jutsu's, by now the illusion was released and Ayumu took notice of his surroundings. Oue was hurt, trying to heal himself, and Riah sat up in a tree looking down at them.
Riah had used most of her chakra earlier that day, against some other team, so Ayumu assumed she was about done. He used one of his newer jutsu's Ryu Sou Sen, he had learned it from their sensei before the exams. Riah was killed, and from their Ayumu, and Oue made their way out of the forest. They had everything needed to continue to the next challenge, but Ayumu continued on alone. Oue couldn't heal up his wound completely having a vital organ wounded, and by the time they were out of their he had died.
Ayumu was assigned to a new team. During his Chuunin years, Ayumu started working on his own jutsu's and learning even better ones. Learning how to defend against Genjutsu. This team wasn't as nice as his last one, so he never payed much attention to anything about them. He had wanted to join the ANBU, like his father had before him. So When he became a Jounin, Ayumu completed his Kyokeimyaku technique, the side effects weren't the best, but the main usage for it were worth it. Assigned on an S-Ranked mission, he and his teammates were to track down a league of criminals going on a killing spree. Instead they only found one, there he used Kyokeimyaku, finding out the hard way how well it worked. It still was useful enough that he could attack this guy with such ease. After that mission he decided that Kyokeimyaku would be used as a last resort jutsu. Later in his Jounin days, Ayumu joined the ANBU. He was on a good team, they worked well together and shared each others techniques. Though he grew tired of it. Wanting to return to Jounin, so he can lead his own genin team.

Jutsu Description: By channeling a select amount of chakra to the user's fists and giving it an electric charge, the user can add a powerful shock to their punches. The drain on chakra is a small but constant one, requiring a slightly more to begin than it is afterward as the jutsu goes on. A serious side-effect of this jutsu is that if the user uses the jutsu for too long it could result in chakra burn or a nervous 'twitch' due to the amount of eclectic charge focused within the fists and wrists.
Raiton - Hyakurai no Jutsu - (Lightning Element: One Hundred Thunder Claps Technique Jutsu Rank: B-Rank Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu [Closer-Far] Justu Hand Seals: 12 Jutsu Chakra Nature: Raiton [Lightining]
Jutsu Description: This technique involves a physical lightning component, and also a secondary sonic component. The user channels a large amount of lightning into their palms and then claps them together. The lightning is compressed and then forced out in a shock wave around the ninja that radiates for about twenty feet in every direction. While not deadly, the shock can be incapacitating. As a secondary effect, the clapping of the palms and discharge of lightning creates an abnormally large sound once described by the former Raikage as "the force of one hundred thunder claps" (hence the technique's name). This sonic component is much like a sonic boom and is able to shatter glass, rupture eardrums, and even knock people off their feet.

Kaiten Kenbu: ("Spiral Sword Dance" or "The Dance Of The Wheeling Sword") Nature: None Rank: C-Rank Type: Kenjutsu Handseals: 0 Chakra Consumption: Low This attack of the Kaiten Kenbu user is known to have taen on numerous raids and attacks from the opponents. It involves the user of the Kaiten Kenbu rapidly spinning around three times, while holding the kodachi backhand, to slash the opponent thrice in an instant. The user usually uses this attack after disorienting the opponent with Ryusui no Ugoki.

This move strikes all nine vital points randomly at very high speeds. However it does not strike them all simultaneously. This move is very useful against opponents with high stamina or that are slow to react.
Ryu Sou Sen = Garami Nature: None Rank: B-Rank Type: Kenjutsu Handseals: 0 Chakra Consumption: Medium Ryu Sou Sen Garami is an alternative form of Ryu Sou Sen. Instead of striking the vital points at high speed, this attacks a focused point (such as a head, torso) at high speed.
Ryusui no Ugoki: (Flowing-Water Movement) Nature: None Rank: A-Rank Type: Kenjutsu Handseals: 0 Chakra Consumption: High This is moving technique where the Kaiten Kenbu user moves around silently, rapidly alternating between fast and slow movements and confusing the opponent due to the fluid motion & continuously changing speed. It can be beaten by watching for the moment the user attempts to strike.
Nerves of Insanity ( Kyokeimyaku) Nature: None Rank: S-Rank Type: Kenjutsu Handseals: 0 Chakra Consumption: High When using this ability, the nerves throughout his entire body bulge, creating a branching, veinous network of ridges on his skin which looks similar to swollen blood vessels. This ability causes him to become super sensitive to everything around him. In this state, the user's senses, speed, and reaction time are dramatically increased, enabling him to immediately react to attacks before they are performed. With this ability, he claims he can see every drop of blood, hear every move of his enemy, and even feel every grain of sand that falls on his body. Consequently, his opponent is completely outmatched in every way offensively. The user developed this ability as a result of a continually active brain state, even when sleeping, born from the users's hatred and revenge burn. However, it is a double-edged sword that lowers his defensive capabilities of being struck physically, increasing the pain greatly due to his increase nerves, as well as through his extremely heightened senses, thus it can be used against him, for loud bangs would cause him to go death, or bright light to make them go blind.
